Nova Technology Institute was founded on a simple observation: the gap between today's tech opportunity and the people ready to seize it isn't talent — it's access to training that actually prepares you for real work.
So we built the institute we wished existed. Programs designed backwards from employability. Instructors who practise what they teach. Labs and studios instead of lecture halls. Cohorts small enough that nobody disappears in the back row.
From our home in Lagos to learners joining online from anywhere, the name is deliberate: a nova is a star that suddenly becomes dramatically brighter. That's the outcome we exist to produce — for our students, the businesses they join and start, and the communities they carry with them.

Immersive bootcamps
Full-time, 3–4 month programs for people who are serious about switching careers fast — daily classes, mentors, real projects, and career support through to interviews.
Part-time programs
Evening and weekend cohorts in data, marketing, design, and cloud — built for working professionals who want new skills without quitting their jobs.
Corporate training
Private cohorts and tailored curricula for companies upskilling their teams — from security awareness to full engineering tracks.
Community & events
Free intro sessions, demo days, and meetups that open the door to tech for people who haven't found their way in yet.

How we teach
Practical by design
- Cohorts stay small enough that instructors know every student by name — nobody disappears in the back row.
- Every module pairs a concept with something you build, break, or present. If a week goes by without producing real work, we've designed it wrong.
- Instructors are practitioners first: people who run security operations, ship software, and manage campaigns for a living.
- Career preparation — portfolio, CV, mock interviews, employer introductions — is woven through the program, not bolted on at the end.
